What do I get when I upgrade to Pro?
The Pro plan is built for jewelry professionals. You’ll get:
- Unlimited design files
- Full version history
- Commercial use rights
- Priority queue
- Full design privacy
- 4K Upscaling
Yes. All your existing design files stay in your account, and upgrading unlocks full access to them, plus the ability to add as many new design files as you need.
Your Previous Rights Stay Intact. Files created while on a Paid plan retain their Paid license, even if you switch to the free Starter plan. Upon downgrading, any new creations will adhere to the Free plan's usage terms.
- Starter: Best for exploring and testing the platform.
- Pro: Ideal for designers and their commercial use of the platform.
- Enterprise: Built for retailers, teams, or in-store use. Includes collaboration tools, training, CAD upload services, and integration support. Contact us at sales@blng.ai to find the right setup for your workflow.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades (e.g. from Pro to Starter) happen at the end of your billing period.
We don’t offer partial refunds or credits for unused time. If you cancel, you’ll retain access until the end of your billing cycle. Review Policy is here.

Currently, only monthly plans are available. However, we are exploring options to introduce more flexible pricing in the future.
If your subscription ends, your account will automatically switch to the free Starter plan. You won’t lose your work—your design files will remain saved and accessible—but some features will be limited:
- You can still log in and view your designs
- Your new project count will reset to 3 active projects for all new projects
- New design files will be limited to 24-hour version history
- Priority processing will be paused
You can upgrade again at any time to restore full access. Your files are safe, and nothing will be deleted.
Yes. The BLNG Design Starter plan is free and open to everyone. It’s a great way to explore the platform and start creating. You’ll be able to sketch ideas, generate designs, and test your workflow.
When you're ready to take your work to the next level - whether you're creating a full collection or building brand assets - the Professional plan gives you access to unlimited files, version history, and full commercial usage rights.
Yes, if you’re on a Professional or Enterprise plan, you have full commercial rights. You’re free to use your AI-powered designs in product development, sales, marketing, client work, or other professional context.
The Starter plan is for personal, non-commercial use only. If you plan to publish, sell, or produce work based on your designs, we recommend upgrading to the Professional plan to unlock commercial usage rights.

We accept most major credit cards.
For Enterprise accounts, we can also arrange invoicing and other payment methods upon request.
Yes, you’ll automatically receive an invoice by email for every payment. This is handled securely through our payment provider, Stripe. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us at billing@blng.ai.
You can cancel your Professional plan at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will stay active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you won’t be charged again.
We currently offer educational access on a case-by-case basis. If you’re a student, educator, or part of an academic institution, reach out to sales@blng.ai with a short note and we’ll see how we can support your work.
