You do. All designs, prompts, uploads, and outputs remain your intellectual property. BLNG does not claim ownership of your work.

  • Starter (Free): You grant BLNG a limited license to use your content internally to operate, maintain, and improve the service.
  • Pro & Enterprise: You have full commercial rights to use, manufacture, market, or sell any assets generated through your account. For full details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions, and EULA.


Yes. Your content is private by default, but data handling depends on your plan:

  • Starter (Free): Your content is visible only to you. However, BLNG may analyze anonymized elements internally to improve system performance. Your work is never sold, published, or made publicly accessible.
  • Pro & Enterprise: Your workspace is fully private. Your files are never used for testing, analysis, or AI training unless you provide explicit written consent.


  • Starter (Free): We process anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve system performance and support product development.
  • Pro & Enterprise: Your data is not used for any form of AI improvement unless you explicitly opt in.


No. You retain full ownership of everything you upload or create. BLNG does not claim any rights beyond a narrow, temporary license to store, process, and deliver your content while you use the platform.

We act only as a service provider. You stay in control of your data at all times.


You’re responsible for the content you upload, including files, CADs, prompts, and any personal data.

You may submit sketches, CAD files, reference images, and other materials you own or have permission to use.

Please do not upload copyrighted content, illegal material, defamatory content, or any personal data (PII) that could identify someone without their consent.

Violations may result in content removal or account suspension.


BLNG follows industry-standard security practices to keep your data safe. All projects are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access is limited to essential personnel and trusted sub-processors under strict controls and audit protocols.


Yes. You can delete files directly from your dashboard or request full account deletion through support@blng.ai. For paid plans, files are removed from active storage immediately and scrubbed from backups within 30 days. Free-tier outputs may be retained under the internal-use licence described above.

While we are not yet formally SOC 2 certified, we adhere to its core best practices, including strong internal security protocols and regular risk reviews.

BLNG is also GDPR-aligned and supports additional privacy safeguards for Enterprise accounts, including data processing agreements (DPAs), custom retention schedules, and specific compliance requests. Contact us at security@blng.ai.

Yes. Our Pro plan includes access to basic help documentation and email support. Enterprise accounts also receive personalized onboarding, dedicated support, and optional training sessions.
